The Rise to Thrive initiative was born from the belief that nurses don’t just carry charts—they carry compassion, strength, and leadership. Founded by Dr. Rhonda Boggi, this strategic outreach program partners with nursing schools across the country to promote:
- Visibility of student and faculty leaders
- Mental wellness and resilience tools
- Mentorship, empowerment, and education
- Personal growth and storytelling through publishing

Meet Dr. Rhonda
Dr. Rhonda Boggi, DNP, MSN, APRN-BC, BS HCA, RN is a board-certified nurse practitioner, author, educator, podcaster, and contributing voice for Sistazas Empowered Magazine. With years of clinical expertise and a passion for mentoring future nurses, Dr. Boggi leads this outreach initiative to remind every nursing student that their voice matters—and they were born to thrive.
